CINDERELLA |

Cinderella – Written and directed by Liam Rudden
Brunton Theatre, Musselburgh, November 2006 – 31 December 2007

The lovable Baron de Scissor of Carberry Tower is hard up. So hard up that his beautiful daughter Cinderella has to forage in the woods for kindling to keep the family home warm. As if that wasn’t bad enough, her two ugly step-sisters Betty and Tilda have it in for her. They hate Cinderella. Luckily she has a best friend in Buttons, who helps her with the housework.
However, everything changes when Cinderella meets the handsome Prince Charming of Tantallon Castle – but will Betty and Tilda dash all her dreams?
Can the Baron find the de Scissor family’s long lost treasure? And what is Buttons’ big secret?
